Terms of Service

Upon receipt of final project invoice payment, KYLE GANTZ LLC assigns full commercial ownership rights of all final production-ready deliverables, brand style guides, UI code, and trademark assets to the client. The studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless a formal non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to project initiation.

Preliminary wireframes, internal design drafts, and unused creative concepts remain the exclusive property of KYLE GANTZ LLC unless specifically purchased under an expanded scope agreement. Clients warrant that all provided source materials do not infringe upon third-party copyrights.

Scope, Schedules & Liability

Design sprints operate under strict 2 to 4 week timelines contingent upon timely client feedback within 48 business hours of milestone delivery. Delays in client approvals may extend scheduled launch dates. Project scope is strictly limited to agreed deliverables outlined in the initial statement of work.

KYLE GANTZ LLC liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client under the specific engagement contract. All services are provided under the jurisdiction of United States commercial business laws, ensuring transparent accountability and clear dispute resolution frameworks.
