Pre-sprint cancellation and deposit structures

All design sprint projects require a 50% non-refundable initial deposit to secure placement on the studio calendar and initiate strategic brand discovery. If a client elects to cancel the engagement prior to the official sprint kickoff date, this initial deposit covers preliminary research, scoping, and reserved studio bandwidth.

Once an active 2-to-4-week design sprint commences, work proceeds through rapid, scheduled milestones. Cancellations requested after sprint kickoff but prior to the final review phase are billed for completed milestone percentages, with any unused remaining project balances refunded within ten business days.

Milestone reviews

Deliverable acceptance and milestone iterations

KYLE GANTZ LLC operates through structured review gates at key project milestones, including wireframe approval, brand identity selection, and final UI delivery. Clients provide feedback and formal sign-offs within agreed revision windows to maintain the rapid 2-to-4-week production timeline.

Upon final deliverable sign-off and receipt of the remaining balance, complete ownership of all brand identity systems, UI files, and marketing collateral transfers directly to the client. Disputes regarding final deliverables are resolved through dedicated revision cycles specified in our primary service agreement.
